By accessing and using PageantTab, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Account Creation

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Permitted Uses

You may use PageantTab to:

• Register for and participate in pageant competitions
• Manage competition data and scoring
• View results and reports
• Communicate with other users in authorized contexts
• Access features according to your role permissions

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

PageantTab and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BNSC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageantTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Scoring and Judging

All scoring and judging decisions are final and binding. We reserve the right to:

• Modify competition rules and criteria
• Disqualify participants for rule violations
• Adjust scoring methods as needed
• Cancel or postpone competitions

Fair Play

Participants must compete fairly and honestly. Any attempt to manipulate scores, influence judges, or gain unfair advantages will result in immediate disqualification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageantTab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bohol, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
